Department Manager

Vikram Chowdary is the Department Manager for the Economics Department at Boston University. In this capacity, Vikram manages the staff and student employees, administers budgets and programs, and works closely with the Department Chair to lead initiatives that support departmental priorities. Vikram is also responsible for departmental facilities and maintenance, including space planning, renovations, and capital equipment management.
Vikram holds a BA in English with a minor in Managerial Economics as well as an MBA in Finance. In his free time, Vikram enjoys playing various sports, such as basketball, trying new foods and restaurants, and traveling.
