Randall Ellis, has a background in Industrial organization and econometrics that he applies primarily to health economics, spanning both US and international economics topics. His recent work focuses on health care payment systems, insurance, innovation, and predictive modeling using big data. An associate editor at JHE and AJHE, and the US country coordinator of the Risk Adjustment Network, his current research funding is from the AHRQ and HRSA.
