Everett Stamm is a PhD Candidate studying urban economics. His research combines reduced form and structural methods to understand the provision of local public goods, housing markets, and their intersection. He holds an Honours Degree in Economics from McGill University and has previously worked as a Pre-Doctoral Fellow at the University of British Columbia. In 2026, he was the recipient of the department’s Best Second Year Paper Award for his project Infrastructure Uncertainty and Housing Supply.
