Elijah Locke is a fourth-year student in Boston University’s doctoral program in Economics. Eli graduated summa cum laude from the College of William & Mary in 2019 as an Applied Mathematics and Economics double major. Eli’s research interests include labor, technology, network theory, and economic history/culture.
