Carlos Paramo is a microeconomist whose research and teaching interests include development economics, industrial organization, and healthcare economics. Carlos is especially interested in research inquiries that shape health policy design and has studied the effectiveness of medical provider policies in increasing the adoption of health technologies in Kenya.
Prior to joining Boston University, Carlos was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the King Center on Global Development at Stanford University.
