Larry Epstein’s work focuses on models of choice and preference, particularly in environments where both uncertainty and time are important. His work spans theory (axiomatics), laboratory experiments and applications (most notably to asset pricing). He is a Fellow of the Econometric Society, a Member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, and a past winner of the Frisch Medal awarded by the Econometric Society.
