“Research on International Cross-border Water Conflict and Solutions” was published in December 2020 and won the second grade Prize of the 21st Outstanding Achievement Award of Philosophy and Social Sciences of Zhejiang Province in December 2021.

Based on the historical review of human water conflict, the book analyzes the geographical distribution, causes and results of international water conflict (damage). The book divides the world into six regions: South Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, Southeast Asia, Central Asia and Europe. and analyzes the characteristics of regional water resources utilization and water conflicts from the interdisciplinary perspective of water resources, economics, public governance and international relations. The purpose is to reveal the causes from the aspects of society, economy, culture and history, analyze the performance and problems of the existing coordination mechanism, and finally propose an optimization scheme to solve the problem.

该书于2020年由格致出版社出版，在2021年获得浙江省第21届哲学社会科学优秀成果奖二等奖。本书在对人类水文化历史回溯基础上，立足已有研究成果，分析国际水事件的地理分布、形成原因和导致的结果（损害）。将全球分为南亚、中东、北非、东南亚、中亚与欧洲等六个区域，从水资源学、经济学、公共治理与国际关系的跨学科视角，分析区域水资源利用与水事件的特征，揭示其社会、经济、文化及历史的诱致原因，进而对现有协调机制的绩效和问题进行分析，最后提出解决机制的优化方案。

该研究成果有别于主要从水资源和地缘政治角度的现有研究，而是基于水文学及水资源、经济学、生态学及国际关系等理论，从自然资源禀赋、社会经济、历史文化、地缘政治等综合视角对跨境水事件的产生根源进行深入分析，从全球时空上再现了跨境流域的水资源利用与分配，极大地拓展了传统水文学及水资源学科的研究边界，促进水资源与社会、经济、文化、民族主义等因素的互动与融合，促进多学科在国际自然资源利用与分配中的发展与应用。研究成果创新性提出经济-科技–资源–政治等跨学科的国际解决方案。为确保全球流域安全、能源安全提供国际解决方案。
