Microaggressions in the Classroom

This video discusses the different types of microaggressions such as microassaults, microinsults, and microinvalidations in the classroom and how they impact students. This video shares students’ personal experiences in order to indicate the importance of interrupting microaggressions. This video also shares faculty experiences on interrupting microaggressions and how faculty can confront microaggressions in the classroom.
