Institutions of Higher Education Would Benefit from Hiring More Faculty and Staff with Disabilities

This article highlights the need to hire more faculty and staff with disabilities as it would benefit students’ interaction, learning, and understanding from shared experiences. It also highlights access to all the new opportunities inside and outside the classroom from faculty or staff uniquely qualified to understand them.​
