Survey of BU Diversity Efforts Now Open to Staff

Make Your Voice Heard!

On Monday, March 22, Boston University Human Resources launched a diversity, equity, and inclusion staff survey, led by consulting firm Korn Ferry. All staff are encouraged to participate in the survey by April 9. The survey aims to evaluate BU’s current efforts to hire, promote, and retain a diverse staff workforce and recommend improvements to these processes.
