How It Works
The procedure includes the creation of a new denture and the placement of two implants in your lower jaw to hold the denture in place.
Digital Denture Technology
Most of our denture restorations are digitally produced which means they are highly accurate and predictable and made from advanced materials to create dentures that are stronger, more hygienic and less porous as compared to a conventional denture. Digital records can be stored and used for future reference as needed.
Treatment InformationImplant-retained dentures are a treatment option for patients who have lost most or all of their teeth. Treatment includes a new denture supported by two dental implants placed in the lower jaw. A three-hour consultation, including an examination and X-rays, is required to determine whether you are a candidate for treatment. Denture treatment typically requires five visits, followed by two additional appointments for implant placement. Additional appointments may be needed based on individual treatment needs. Care is provided by third- and fourth-year dental students under the supervision of experienced faculty members. |
