Dr. Barett Andreasen is an Oral and Maxillofacial Radiologist and founder of the oral radiology practice, Radiodontics. A strong advocate for patient safety and responsible radiation use in dentistry, Dr. Andreasen is passionate about advancing clinician education to support accurate diagnosis, effective treatment planning, and improved patient communication.

Overview

Whether you are new to CBCT imaging or have years of experience with the technology, a strong foundation in CBCT interpretation is essential for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning. In this course, Dr. Andreasen will review core principles of image manipulation, radiographic anatomy, and systematic interpretation strategies to help clinicians confidently navigate 3D imaging datasets. Participants will learn a practical approach to CBCT evaluation designed to improve efficiency, reduce overlooked findings, and maintain diagnostic accuracy in everyday clinical practice.
