Dr. Satbir Singh Rakhra Joins GSDM

Dr. Satbir Singh Rakhra has joined the Boston University Dental Health Center as a General Dentist. Beginning his tenure on December 1, 2016 Dr. Rakhra will practice all facets of general dentistry; especially pediatric, cosmetic, and prosthetic.

Dr. Rakhra comes to GSDM from the Whittier Street Health Center located in Roxbury, Massachusetts where he practiced for nine years. In 2013, he was promoted to Dental Director, where he oversaw a team of 11 dentists, 3 dental hygienists, and 14 dental assistants.

Dr. Rakhra graduated from Magadh University in India. Following graduation, he came to the United States in 2006, where he was a Pediatric Faculty member at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He also practiced at the Holyoke Health Center and the Lutheran Medical Center, both in Massachusetts.

Dr. Rakhra’s wife, Dr. Neetu Kainth graduated from GSDM in 2006.
