BU Night at the Pops!

On the evening of Saturday, May 14, 2016, members of the Boston University community gathered at Symphony Hall for the annual BU Night at the Pops. Among them, Dean Jeffrey W. Hutter and Mrs. Kathy Hutter joined 50 graduates, family, faculty, staff, alumni, and friends of Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine (GSDM).

Concert attendees were treated to a remarkable violin performance by BU College of Fine Arts student Yite Xu, who won the 2016 Boston University Soloists’ Competition.  The winners of this competition are chosen from the instrumental, vocal, and composition departments of the College of Fine Arts. In addition to Xu, the 2016 winners include Hwa Young An and Ha Young Jung.
