Dr. Maria Kukuruzinska Nominated to Tumor Progression and Metastasis Study Section, NIH

Associate Dean for Research Maria Kukuruzinska has been nominated to serve as a standing member of the Tumor Progression and Metastasis Study Section, Center for Scientific Review, at the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

Her term on the study section begins July 1, 2012, and ends June 30, 2016. Dr. Kukuruzinska was nominated based on her competence and achievement in science as evidenced by the quality of her research accomplishments; publication in scientific journals; and other significant scientific activities, achievements, and honors. This recognition emphasizes the importance of her participation in assuring the quality of the NIH peer review process.
