Dr. George Huang Speaks at Groundbreaking Conference

The First International Conference on Dental and Craniofacial Stem Cells was held April 27 to 29, at the New York Academy of Sciences. Associate  Professor in Endodontics Dr. George Huang was a speaker at the Conference and presented a lecture titled, “Molecular Markers of Dental Stem Cells.”

The Conference brought together the world’s leading scientists in the field of dental and craniofacial stem cells. Stem cells derived from dental and craniofacial tissue possess a wealth of possibilities for regeneration and clinical applications that can potentially be used to treat craniofacial tissues affected by chronic diseases, trauma, congenital anomalies, and tumors.
