University Recognizes DMD Student for a Job Well Done

Pravin Chellamuthu AS 07 is a member of a small group of BU student employees–55 out of thousands who work at the
University–who was nominated for the Student Employee of the Year award this year.

Since the summer of 2006, Chellamuthu has worked as a laboratory assistant in BUSDM’s Removable Prosthodontics laboratory, creating casts and appliances for preclinical courses. Chellamuthu’s supervisor, Clinical Associate Professor Leila Joy Rosenthal, nominated him for the award.

Chellamuthu was honored, along with Rosenthal, at a reception in the Student Village Atrium on the Charles River Campus April 17. Nominees received certificates recognizing their hard work.
