Kerry Hensley

Kerry Hensley is a fourth-year graduate student from West Virginia. After completing her undergraduate work at Williams College, she was a planetary science research intern at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory and a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant. At BU, she studies solar-cycle variations of the ionosphere of Venus. In addition to her research work, she is the first-ever AAS Media Fellow and a writer for AAS Nova and Astrobites.

Research interests: Planetary atmospheres and ionospheres, especially Venus and Mars
