Before you start the form:

Please submit one form per graduate that covers all your accommodation requests. A comment box is provided at the end if you need to provide further detail.
You will need to have your Graduate’s BUID, phone, & email to complete the form.
You will need to know which ceremonies you are attending that weekend and the total number of guests in your party.
This form covers All-University Commencement and the school & college convocations. For other events during Commencement week, please contact the event or school & college coordinator.
Requests can be made April 1 through May 8.
A copy of your submission will be sent to the email you provide after your form has been submitted.

For Wheelchair Accessible Seating located on the field

Tickets are required to attend the All-University Commencement. Each graduate may request up to four guest tickets to All-University Commencement. On April 6, an email will be sent with instructions for obtaining tickets. Graduates with unused tickets may transfer them to classmates through the Ticketmaster app. All guests entering Nickerson Field must have a valid ticket for entry. Filling in the below information does not guarantee you a ticket.

For Parking at All-University Commencement

Designated handicapped parking near Nickerson Field for All-University Commencement will be available via Babcock Street for those who require wheelchairs and wheelchair-accessible seating and restrooms. BU Transportation Services will email parking instructions to those who request below.

Parking, including handicapped parking, is available in all parking lots throughout the Charles River Campus on a first-come, first-serve basis during Commencement weekend. Specific parking passes are not issued for school / college convocations.
