Event & Meeting Support

Media Support Services in the IT Help Center provides technical support for meetings and events that require notebook computer display, presentation software support, audio/visual services, sound reinforcement, and audio recording services.

Our event and meeting support services are available to Faculty, Researchers, Staff and Departments.

Requirements:

  • Requisitions must be received at least 7 business days in advance of the date of the event. Late requests will be accommodated based on staff and equipment availability.
  • A brief description of the meeting requirements, e.g. Internet access (wireless, Ethernet, guest login for wireless), PowerPoint/Keynote, video projection, audio recording, video, audio, or desktop conferencing.
  • All students who need meeting support must first contact the Student Activities Office.

Please note that fees will vary according to service.

  • After you have reserved the room/location for the meeting/event, please submit a request that summarizes the date, time, and location with an approximate number of attendees. Include any technical requirements.
