About Learning & Event Technology Services
Learning & Event Technology Services (LETS) is a group within Client Services & Support in Boston University’s Information Services & Technology office. LETS is involved with the design, specification, configuration and support of audio/visual equipment in the University Registrar classrooms.
We are close by if you need us!
- Our LETS Command Center line, (617) 353-3227, is monitored throughout our open hours. Dial 3-3227 from any campus phone.
- You can send mail to us at classrooms@bu.edu with general questions or requests.
- LETS utilizes a central Command Center, controlled and monitored by our staff so someone can be deployed quickly to an emergency situation in a classroom.
