Technology Support

IS&T’s Learning & Event Technology Services (LETS) provides support of installed equipment in classrooms scheduled by the University Registrar. If you are in a classroom and experience a technology emergency, call the LETS Hotline at 617-353-3227 (dial 3-3227 from any campus phone) and our Command Center will ensure your issue is escalated to the closest and fastest support personnel.

Early Semester Support

Through the end of the third week of classes, LETS will respond to calls to classrooms to assist and ensure that faculty and their teaching fellows are familiar with the installed equipment in the classroom.

    Year-round Support

    LETS responds immediately to technology emergencies in the classroom throughout the year. LETS provides training and instruction to all faculty and teaching fellows on how to use the installed classroom technology equipment. You can schedule a consultation with a Learning & Event Technology Specialist throughout the year. LETS will continue to work on the development of instructional materials to be made available through our website to allow for self-service and answers to Frequently Asked Questions. If you find you need supplemental equipment in your classroom, equipment loans are available to be picked up, free of charge, for faculty use. Please contact us for more information.
