A free, all levels yoga class for the BU community hosted virtually by Marsh Chapel. Participants must complete a waiver in order to attend and receive the Zoom link. (See More Info Link.) This class introduces the basics of yoga, as well as offers opportunities to take the practice deeper for more experienced practitioners. Attention to alignment, active awareness of breath and time for relaxation are all key aspects of this class. Students will be guided to not only develop physical abilities, but also a powerful sense of self. Class is taught with attention to modifications. Yoga instruction time is one hour. Class will begin at 6:45pm, with the Zoom space open 10 minutes before class starts to facilitate settling in.
