Cashier Services is responsible for accepting and depositing all non-student check, cash and credit card payments made to the University. For student related payments, please contact Student Accounting Services. We are also responsible for electronic commerce (e-commerce).

In an effort to serve you better, all general inquiries for Financial Affairs should be submitted through our Customer Service Portal. If you would prefer to connect by phone, please call Cashier Services at  617-353-3896. If you are unable to reach someone at that number, please contact Financial Affairs Administration at 617-353-2290 during normal business hours (Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm).

We are happy to announce that Cashier Services under VP Financial Affairs will now have its own ServiceNow Customer Service Portal. Department managers can place a ticket at to request the following services related to Cashier Services:

  • Nelnet Access
  • Refund Request
  • PCI Training
  • Petty Cash Inquiries
  • YC Upload Training & Errors

You will need your Kerberos password to log into ServiceNow. Once you are in the home page, please click on FA Service Catalog on the top tool bar, click on Cashier Services on the left box and you will see the categories of services.  This service will be replacing email requests.
