Hello! My name is Yubin, and I am originally from Seoul, South Korea. I am a rising senior political science BA/MA candidate also studying for a Graduate Certificate in African Studies and a Graduate Certificate in Muslim Studies. I’m interested in democratisation and transitional justice for post-authoritarian regimes. I hope to work in the international development sector in the future. While I have this goal now, I had several different majors, such as IR, Linguistics, and Anthropology during my time at BU. Apart from academics, I love to relax by watching HIMYM and FRIENDS reruns (curse Netflix for ending their contract).
