Hi, my name is Sofia Zalaquett! I am from Santiago, Chile, and attended high school in New York City. I am currently a junior studying Economics and International Relations, and I am also a CGS Dean’s Host, part of the BU Machine Intelligence Community’s e-board, work at the Fineman & Pappas Law library, and I am always looking for opportunities to do research with different professors. I am interested in the impacts of globalization, artificial intelligence in society, and economic interdependence. I hope to one day work in policy related to these themes, and later become a college professor! Outside of school, I love cooking, collaging, and finding cute coffee shops around Boston.
