Why are you serving as a Peer Mentor

“I am serving as a Peer Mentor because I want to help relieve some of the stress that many incoming freshmen face from the challenging transition from high school to college. My goal is to be a constant support figure for those who need it to ease the adaptation to college life. The support that I received from my Peer Mentor when I took FY101 stuck with me greatly, and I would love to give back to the BU community by taking on the responsibility of a Peer Mentor.”
