Hi everyone! My name is Gennie and I am from Wellesley, Massachusetts. I am a freshman majoring in neuroscience and I’m interested in optometry and epilepsy research. At BU, I am an admissions ambassador and an international peer mentor, giving campus tours to prospective students and helping new international students adjust to life at BU! I am also a part of Be the Match on Campus where we raise awareness for blood cancers and encourage people to join the marrow registry. During my free time, I enjoy watching basketball and tennis, as well as trying new restaurants in Boston!
