Hey! I’m Ava, and I’m excited to be serving as a CAS Academic Ambassador this year! I am a student in the Pardee School of Global Studies and the College of Arts and Sciences focusing on International Relations, Sociocultural Anthropology, and Muslim Societies. I am also studying Arabic! Around campus, I am most involved with the International Affairs Association, serving as a Staff Writer for the Middle East section of the IR Review, Crisis Director for BarMUN, and Event Logistics Coordinator on BUIAA Event Board. Off campus, you can often find me hanging around the Harvard Bookstore, studying at the Boston Public Library, or spending time with friends at the Public Gardens. I’m eager to get to know you, tell you more about Boston and BU, and answer any questions you might have!
