A CAS professor has earned one of the highest honors bestowed on a BU faculty member. Robinson W. “Wally” Fulweiler, an associate professor of earth and environment and of biology, is the 2019 recipient of the Metcalf Cup and Prize for her dedication to teaching, her research, and her students. Her work tackles one of the most prominent issues of the day—climate change—and specifically, her lab works to understand how humans have altered coastal ecosystems. To read more about Fulweiler, as well as the work her students are doing, head to BU Today.
