
Second-year playwright Eliana Pipes (GRS’21) was awarded the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’ Academy Gold Fellowship for Women, a $35,000 grant. In addition to this honor, she is the winner of the Leah Ryan Fund Prize for Emerging Women Writers for her stage play DREAM HOU$E and a finalist for the Humanitas Angell Comedy Prize for her first feature film, a comedy titled Fauxricua.
