Accommodations

For students looking for a room share at the conference, you can share contact information and preferences here.

For your convenience, we often blocked a number of rooms at a discounted BUCLD rate in several hotels, most of which are in close proximity to the BU campus. Further information about these rooms are forthcoming.

You must book the reservation yourself, but please refer to either the phone numbers or the booking links listed in order to receive the discounted rate. As only a limited number of rooms are available at each hotel, it is advisable to book as soon as possible. Unreserved rooms will be released for general sale at higher prices after the posted cut-off dates.

Only major hotels allow us to block rooms. But for your convenience we have also compiled a list of smaller accommodations, along with a list of recommendations from past conference attendees.

Please keep in mind:

  • Most places require a credit card to make a reservation.
  • We recommend booking a room as early as possible!
