Flashback Friday: Warren Towers Under Construction—the First Time

Warren Towers construction started in October of 1965. Once it was complete, the three-tower residence became the second-largest nonmilitary dorm in the country. Warren, today home to 1,800 students, is undergoing a $550 million overhaul, including the installation of air conditioning and new bathrooms, student lounges, gathering spaces, and plumbing, electrical, and security systems. Tower A is complete, and work on the rest of the complex is expected to be done by August 2028.
