Bostonia is published in print three times a year and updated weekly on the web.
Bostonia introduces a feature we’re calling “Threads.” Periodically, we’ll profile students who have a distinct sense of style and a personal philosophy about clothing and accessories. They’ll talk about where they find inspiration for their wardrobe, how clothes and style tie into their sense of identity, and where they shop.
We kick it off with a profile of Arianna Davis (CAS’18), whose eclectic preferences range from Japanese-influenced goth and anime to the full-skirted look of the 1950s and 1980s throwback.
“I like making a costume out of my outfits every day,” says psychology major Davis. “I want every day to be like Halloween.”
