Elham’s Research

Elham is working on computational modeling of dynamic gene regulation in microbial organisms. We develop quantitative predictive models of gene expression by combining regulatory network data with gene expression measurements (microarrays, RNA-Seq, etc) derived from Transcription Factor induction or environmental perturbations.
