You are invited to join us as we host an ice cream social to celebrate a new Band Camp and beginning of a new Marching Band season! This event is open to BU Bands Alumni.

Schedule
- 5:15pm – BUBAN arrives at 300 Babcock Street
- 5:20-6:00pm – Purchase ice cream supplies at Star Market, Set up the Large Ensemble room
- 6:00-7:00pm – Serve ice cream, mingle with the students – Very important!!!
- 7:00-7:30pm – Clean up, eat some ice cream
- 7:30-7:35pm – BUBAN travels to Nickerson Field stands
- 7:35-8:00pm – BUBAN watches Marching Band camp rehearsal (Can stay longer if desired)

$30 for a BUBAN shirt if desired, but not required! (This shirt will also be your ticket/uniform for the annual All-Alumni Pep Band game)
Event Information
Supplies
If you have ice cream scoops let us know! We’ll bring some of the ice cream scoops we have on hand, but could always use more. We’ll leverage the BU Band Room’s tables.
Personnel
We encourage any and all alumni to help! The more alumni there are, the better! If we have enough alumni serving, we want to encourage alumni to also mingle and meet members of the current Marching Band. Share your stories and memories with the newest generation of the marching band!
Uniform
We are hoping to show up in our BU Bands Alumni Network shirts from previous All-Alumni Pep Band gigs. If you do not own one, it will be a one-time $30 fee for the shirt, and the shirt will be your uniform and ticket to all future All-Alumni Pep Band games. Please indicate your desire to order a t-shirt in the webform below. A $30 payment will need to be submitted.
However, if you do not have a shirt, no worries! Coming in something BU-related is all that we ask (Past marching band show shirts, if you’ve got ’em!). Anything on bottom.

Obviously any leftovers can be eaten by BUBAN! In terms of food served, we are gathering a list of dietary restrictions from BU Bands from last year’s crowd of Marching Band students to prepare for this year. Projected menu includes (Subject to change based on dietary restrictions):

Toppings – Chocolate sauce, M&Ms, Reeses Pieces, sprinkles, caramel sauce
