The rebound effect is definitely a concern—there’s still so much we don’t fully understand about the body’s response after stopping these treatments. Hopefully, future research will help develop clearer strategies for tapering off safely while preserving progress. In the meantime, building those sustainable habits alongside any pharmacological support seems like the smartest path forward.
