New to BU? Tips from a Senior on Making the Most of Your College Experience
In this vlog, Joshua Pei offers suggestions for how to navigate campus life in a pandemic
Welcome, new Terriers (and students returning from spring 2020 semester). As any student who was on campus this past fall can tell you, life at BU is decidedly different during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Social distancing, mask wearing, and other precautions have changed everything about college life, including classes and how to meet people and make new friends.
In this vlog, computer science major Joshua Pei (CAS’21) follows up on his 2020 fall vlog, when everyone was new to pandemic-era learning (and teaching). His latest offers some tips for how to make the most of college life during this strange new world. He draws on his own experience last semester living on campus to help new arrivals get the most out of college, providing suggestions for how to approach classes and make friends and the importance of self-care. Take a look.
