The Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders at Boston University took the initiative to provide support to healthcare workers throughout the State of Massachusetts beginning on April 5, when cases of COVID-19 began steadily increasing throughout this state. In an effort to assist, the Center created a psychological support hotline with efforts from our dedicated staff. Our Center is one of the largest, oldest anxiety and mood disorders research and treatment programs in the country, if not the world. We are available to support healthcare workers with free psychological support and referrals for longer term treatment as needed.
