All classes and services on the Charles River Campus and at the School of Public Health return to their normal schedule today, Thursday, January 29. Classes at the School of Medicine resumed a normal schedule on Wednesday, as did classes at the Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine.
As well as classes, all Thursday events will take place as scheduled. Whether or how Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s canceled classes are to be made up is at the discretion of individual faculty members.
All dining facilities and libraries are operating on their regular schedule, as is the BU bus service (the BUS). All parking lots are open, although the capacity of some surface lots may be reduced because of large piles of snow.
As work crews at BU and across the region continue cleaning up the two-plus feet of snow, the National Weather Service is predicting that a fast-moving storm Thursday night and into Friday could bring a couple of more inches of snow to the area, and that yet another winter storm could arrive on Sunday or Monday.
BU Today asks readers to post any schedule changes to Thursday events in the Comment section below.
