    Rich Barlow is a senior writer at BU Today and Bostonia magazine. Perhaps the only native of Trenton, N.J., who will volunteer his birthplace without police interrogation, he graduated from Dartmouth College, spent 20 years as a small-town newspaper reporter, and is a former Boston Globe religion columnist, book reviewer, and occasional op-ed contributor.   1. Anthony I never had the honor and pleasure of knowing you. I do know that you have left a huge void for those who did know and love you.

  2. It is such a loss when young people don’t realize the dangers of over-indulging in partying. It is always so sad to hear of someone’s life cut short who is so generous, thoughtful, kind, and intelligent. Please keep this loss in your mind when making decisions. We need and care for all of you!

  3. Our heart breaks for Anthony and the family. Our son, passed away from this Aug 5, 2012. This is so sad… we must change the mentality of the underage.
