  1. Great article, the species of clown fish they are researching is the True Percula Clownfish, Amphiprion percula. The clown fish in “Finding Nemo” is the False Clown Fish, Amphiprion Ocellaris. Anemone fish are members of the Damselfish family, a group known for its aggressive traits. The Domino damselfish is known to attack scuba divers that intrude upon its piece of the reef. Of all the marine organisms i have had in the last twenty-eight years of reef keeping, the clown fish is among my all time favorites!!!!
