A Taste of Southern France
Warm up tonight with cognac and crêpes

With the holidays over, the Christmas trees tossed out on the curb, and a solid three more months of winter chill to endure, you may be longing for a little January indulgence. If so, the folks at Miel Brasserie Provençale, located in the InterContinental Boston have just the thing for you.
Every Tuesday evening this month is an opportunity to “Sweeten Your Spirit” at Miel with a special four-course pairing of cognacs with savory and sweet crêpes, a favorite winter treat in France. Each course will be presented with an anecdote or two by restaurant manager and Provence native Sophie Lunardi.
The tasting goes from 6 to 7:30 p.m. and costs $35 per person (21-plus only). Miel Brasserie Provençale is located at the lobby level of the hotel, at 510 Atlantic Ave. It’s an easy walk from either South Station or the Blue Line’s Aquarium stop.
