WBUR: MED study links childhood discipline to obesity

This month, a team of researchers at Boston University’s School of Medicine released a report on the connection between parenting styles and child obesity. The children of strict disciplinarians, the study said, are more likely to have weight problems. WBUR, Boston University’s award-winning National Public Radio station, explores the issue in an interview with Kay Rhee, the study’s author and a MED fellow in general pediatrics.
