School of Social Work Professor Lena Lundgren was recently nominated to receive a coveted spot in the publication Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers, which will reach several hundred public libraries across the country this year.
Only former students who have been included in the “National Dean’s List” can make nominations for the award. Of all America’s teachers, 5 percent are selected to be named publication. Lundgren, who is also the Director of the Center on Work and Family, teaches three courses in Social Welfare Policy at the University. She is the principal investigator in several studies that examine HIV prevention.
