Research into allergic asthma has shown a strong correlation between allergies to cockroaches and asthmatic response. Dan Remick, chair of the pathology department in the School of Medicine, is working to find a cure.

Now, Remick is applying Western scientific approaches in studying exactly how the medicines work within the body.
