Dr. Andrew Budson, director of the Alzheimer’s Disease Center Education Core and associate chief of staff for education at the Veterans Affairs Boston Healthcare System, wants to help people worry less about their memories—and understand more about what’s happening inside their brains and what they can do about it.

Stern describes the project as “the biggest study of CTE in living subjects to date, in terms of the scope of the science, the number of participants, the breadth and depth and size of the group of investigators, and the amount of the grant.”
