Katharine is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Anatomy & Neurobiology at Boston University School of Medicine. She conducts her research in the McKee lab using the VA-BU-CLF brain bank resources at the Jamaica Plain VA. Her research focuses on the role of astroglia in traumatic brain injury and neurodegenerative diseases such as CTE.
