Background

Hannah Bruce completed her undergraduate studies at Utah Valley University. After playing soccer at the Division I and professional level, Hannah earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical and Therapeutic Neuroscience in 2021 from the University of Oxford. Under the mentorship of Prof. Antoine Jérusalem, Hannah’s most recent research focused on the electrophysiological and biomechanical response of the brain in female soccer players who head the ball. She joined the Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center (ADRC) at Boston University School of Medicine in January 2022.   

ADRC Role

Hannah serves as the Senior Research Assistant for the Clinical Core of the Boston University Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center (ADRC). Hannah is responsible for recruiting and scheduling participants for various clinical studies including HOPE, SAVE, and SHINE. Hannah works primarily with the repetitive head injury cohort where she facilitates the screening, neuropsychological assessments, and study visits of participants.
