Second Lieutenant William M. Walker serves as the Gold Bar Recruiter, Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC), attached to Detachment 355 at Boston University, Massachusetts. He is responsible for leading high school recruiting operations across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine. He organizes engagement events, briefing and interviewing prospective student-candidates, and coordinates total force recruiting assets to achieve Air Force officer accessions goals.
